Bogarts can ALWAYS be "hit or miss". A "hit" might just make your day SO NICE!
Even a "miss" at Bogart's will usually provide a reasonable diversion and interesting "people watching".
The place had been described "ad nauseum". Decor- a bad basement. Very smoky. Staff friendly enough. Prices -- acceptable.
