You might get lucky
Lured in by free beer and proximity to where I was staying, a couple of friends and I decided to see if this place was as bad as the reviews. To quickly summarize: it depends on who is working that day.
The cover was $30 on a Saturday night, with the promise of free beer from 8pm to midnight. (They delivered on that promise with Budweiser, a slightly peachy, vodka-based "jungle juice," and a bartender who obligingly doled them out as quickly as you could drink them.) You enter through a metal detector, get a quick pat down, and find yourself in what looks like a dive bar with pool tables, a small stage with a pole, and a human-sized cage. Two to three girls might be hanging out here. The rather unadorned bar is also where you would get your free drinks. Keep heading back and there will be the main stage with chairs right up to it, some tables, another bar, and another cage. There really was nothing fancy about this place, except for maybe a VIP table. I got a Sapphire and tonic in there for $15.
Around the corner is the entrance to the private dance area. Private dances are $40 per song ($10 of it goes to the house), but the songs seem to be full length. That area is just a room with uncushioned, divided, wooden benches around the perimeter. Contact is allowed and security seems to be pretty lax or oblivious to, umm... more contact.
