I honestly tried Ruby's first (closed) and Mystique next (closed) so thought I'd swing by Scruples on the way home and was happy they were open. The parking lot was fine, it was about 4:30pm though. Not too crowed and easy to park. No fee and off road. You had to wear a mask to enter but could taker it off once inside. Cover was $8 to get in and there is a ATM/cash machine inside. It's listed as a topless bar so they are able to server a full bar inside. I grabbed a draft beer ($6) and went to watch form the side of the stage. There were 4 girls there when I arrived but within 20 minutes I saw 3 more come into the club and head back to get changed. out of the 8-10 total I saw over my stay I'd say 2 were a 7, 3 were a solid 6, and the others not my cup of tea.
