Worried after the recent shooting, but worth the visit

I used to be a regular of Cheerleaders pre-Covid and have not been back much at all since COVID hit. Just as i was about to feel comfortable going back to the club, earlier this month someone was mugged, shot, and killed in the parking lot. I have never had a problem with the Parking lot here, but this obviously scared me away. In my view, Cheerleaders is not in a bad part of town comparatively speaking. And, the parking lot is well lit (the club shares a lot with a sex shop). To make matters worse, the shooting occurred at 9pm — so, relatively early.

That said, i figured that lightening doesn’t strike twice so i made my way to the club. I took an Uber to get there so i could be dropped off right at the door. There was a bouncer outside, which i don’t recall from previous visits. Once inside, it was back to normal…and no one seemed to be talking about the shooting. The main room had about 15-20 dances all using the main stages in the island bar. The other stages were not being used when i was there. The girls were pretty decent, but I would not call them 10s. Most had tattoos and a lot of Caribbean/South American. One didn’t;’t even speak English (or so she tried to say).

Many have already commented on the lap dance areas — but, there is an open floor concept room for regular lapdances. These can be pretty intense, but not beyond what you would expect in an open room. Then there are more private rooms, which are basically booths with a curtain. In the past, there it has been hit or mix on mileage here. Last week, more girls were suggesting the private room than usual and i took a Dominican named Sophia back there. It was, to put it mildly, awesome. One of the best times i have had at Cheerleaders.
