Downtown Cabaret was the third of the clubs I tried during my visit to Minneapolis. As its name implies, it's downtown, and easy to get to on foot if you're staying in the area. They were running a valet, but I don't know what the charge was to have them park your car.

The club ostensibly opened at six, but when I arrived a bit after seven on a Saturday there was essentially no one there. There was no cover charged at the time. The space is the most interesting of the clubs I tried (Spearmint Rhino and Dream Girls being the others), with a high ceiling, chandeliers and other elements. There's a large seating area set between two square stages, with booths and other VIP seating along one side. There's a small bit of seating near the bar that's off to the other side a bit, though that section has little view of either stage. The music was excessively loud, even though there was no one there to whip into a party mood.

Waitresses were attentive, but not overbearing. They, and the bouncer/host guys, were wearing masks, but none of the dancers or patrons were, and there was no Covid contact sheet or other measures in place. My bottle of (Fiji) water was $7.50.
