Grand Reopening

This was probably my favorite club 2-3 years ago. At one point the combination of the high quality girls, level of contact, and pricing made it worth a long trip every couple of months. However a few lackluster visits in the pandemic era left me soured. I read on the club’s social media they were having a “grand reopening” last week. This is in relation to the club changing ownership a few months ago and dropping Corral from the name. I decided to to check it out on Saturday thinking if ever they’d be putting their best foot forward. They were promoting $10 off admission and $10 off private rooms along with prize giveaways throughout the night. There were no prize giveaways.

I arrived around 9:00. Parking lot was more full than I’d seen in quite awhile. A previous reviewer mentioned it feeling unsafe but I wouldn’t say I’ve ever felt that. It could be more lit but I didn’t notice anyone lurking around or anything like that. All the signage inside and out still says Filly Corral. The place has a bit of a western theme and I would call it about average size and clean. Admission was still $22 despite the promo. I was however handed a free pass for next time. There’s 3 stages technically but only one was used. The bar is rectangular and away from the stage. All bar seats were full most of the night. Free Miller Lite and Coors Light is available. Crowd is mostly made up of blue collar types and truckers. There was a mix of young and old, single guys, small groups, a couple women. No obnoxious “make it rain” goofs.

Unfortunately most of my favorite dancers from the past have apparently moved on. Roxanne, Bianca, Rebecca, and Natalia to name a few. The current lineup at least on this night was still pretty solid. All white except two that appeared to be Asian, all on the younger side and no one was overweight. About 12-15 working. Probably not enough for the amount of customers. Two on stage at a time for 2-3 songs. The standouts in my opinion were Autumn and Amelia who I’d seen before, also Cameron and Jewels who I had not. Of course I’ll now sound like a broken record when anyone reviews this club: It is virtually impossible to get attention from the girls. You almost have to position yourself where you can flag them down to ask for a dance.
