So sad.

I apologize if this is more “rant” than review, but here goes...

I when back to the Filly after a reasonable outing a little over a month ago. This visit was again a Friday night. Doors open at 7p, dancers theoretically start at 8p, I arrived right about 9p. Dead on arrival. 8 dancers all buried in their phones, maybe 8 customers at the bar, no customers at the stage. I guess that is technically an improvement over last time that the dancer were actually out on the floor (instead of hiding in the dressing room) but all huddled together on their phones doesn’t really help the sales part. Given how slow it was… I had no trouble getting the “one” good seat at the bar. Strategically, it work out well. Some dancers (but not all) were definitely trying harder to come over and ask for a dancer, but nothing was appealing to me.

It was so depressingly slow that I decided to cut losses “early” at 11p. FWIW, more customers were starting to roll in late and from what I could gather, this night was anomalously slow for a Friday night.
