Following drinks with friends, the Playground Cabaret loomed large between bar and home. A trip to the convenience store cash machine and an Uber ride later, I was strolling into now familiar territory: weeknight tit grabbing and HJ hunting!

Basics: this place was called The Sands for many years, I can personally confirm that it has been a strip club since the early 90’s, but I think it probably started in the 60’s. 1 stage, seats for 50-ish, a curtained off Lap Dance Area (LDA) of bench seats and tables, a VIP (also curtained off), 10 PLs, 10 dancers in the 5-8 range, a bar with non-alcoholic drinks, barman, waitress/hall-monitor, $40 dances, $20 for entry plus bottomless drink, songs are selected by the girls from a jukebox, and there’s solid mileage and even extras to be found but it takes a bit of work.
