One Or Two Winners Can Redeem A Mediocrity

After my unimpressive visit here on a weekday afternoon a few weeks back I promised myself I'd give it an evening shot for no other reason than it is the strip club that is closest to me by far and it would be nice if were worthwhile; if it is not happening on a Friday evening around 10:30PM I figure it would never be happening. When I pulled into the parking lot it looked like there were a fair number of cars, which was encouraging. I walked in, paid the $5 cover and went over to a bar seat. The layout of the club is totally non-descript, basically a moderate-sized rectangular room with a sizable rectangular bar in the middle with a long runway stage in the center of the bar. There's a pool table in the far end...and a few small round tables along the wall where the dressing room entrance is. It is not a big place but is not cramped. Walking to the bar I was surprised that I saw only about 15 customers ranged around the bar and it looked like half a dozen dancers. Scoping out the dancers, my heart sank as they averaged about a 4, at best. So my thought was this night was not going to contradict the weak reviews that i and others have given it. But sometimes patience is in order. Over the next 20 minutes 3 or 4 more dancers appeared and they were an upgrade in the looks department. All of the dancers were AA except two. One of the better-looking dancers was a slender blonde white dancer with enhanced boobs who looked pretty good, though older and a little warn. I could tell she was a pro as she danced onstage, making eye contact with customers and definitely using her dance as an advertisement. Dancers come around for to greet customers and get tips after they come offstage but it is a low-key hustle and not every dancer does it, so not annoying. The next dancer up was a tall, young slender AA almost model-looking type with long hair, named Diamond. Her dance was nothing special but she was definitely the #1 looker of the night. I definitely realized that the night's potential for me would lie in connecting with her. While waiting for her to make her way around the bar, another sexy-looking AA dancer got onstage and was dancing with a lot of I-got-what-you-want energy. She was looks/body-wise in the 5 -6 range but her attitude and vibe suggested she would be fire in the backroom. I was tempted to try her out but the model-type made her way to me and took a seat next to me saying she felt like sitting down; no mention of tip or hustle. I bought her a drink and we got into a nice conversation; she had a bit of little-girl presentation which may or may not have been an act. I asked if the zipper on the front of her costume went all the way down and she without prompting demonstrated that it did. She got a little handsy as we sat there and suggested we exchange numbers; so OTC clearly was available. She hadn't even asked me for a private dance. But I mentioned I'd like one and so we went back. Dances are $30 per which to me is a little high for this club and for the fact that the private dance area is a series of open-ended stalls with not much privacy. That said, neither manager nor security seemed to be keeping an eye on things back there (though the manager did come back after two records to let me know that two records were up, since that's what I initially had said I wanted but immediately retreated when I said I was going for a couple more, and I'm sure he saw my pants at that point were clearly unbuckled) and only one other couple was in the area so it wasn't bad. Anyway Diamond allowed a fair amount of roaming and though it wasn't the best grind I ever had (as she was a little inconsistent and unfocused) it was pleasing enough. She mentioned that she could do a lot more if it were more private. Not sure if that was an upsell for a VIP (she didn't mention anything about a VIP but there appeared to be an interior section) or for OTC. After four enjoyable though not transcendent dances, we stopped and she joined me back at the bar to exchange numbers. I left after that. To sum up, like many smaller clubs, this one is only as good as the one or two best talent; the average talent in here is low. But despite that I had a good experience (and if I had taken that other sexy AA dancer back it probably would have been even better). So its a gamble with not great odds here but you can still win on a given day.
