Decided to check out Jacksonville
I had never been to this club, even when it was Driftwood, so I figured I would give it a try. It's easy enough to find, right on the main drag near the New River. Plenty of parking was available, this might be different when the club is packed though. I went into the foyer, the girl behind the desk explained everything to me: Temperature check for covid, sign a paper saying you don't have covid, sign another piece of paper saying it isn't their fault if you get covid, give them your phone number on one of those papers, and finally scan your drivers license. Of course, there's nothing keeping someone from giving them a fake phone number and a totally illegible signature. If I hadn't driven to Jacksonville just to check out some clubs, I would have left. But I stayed, paid ten bucks for admission and another five for the membership, and went inside. The interior is very nice, plenty of seating, very clean and kept up well. Immediately when entering, their is an immense sectional couch on your right, the stage is in front of you, and the main seating area to your left, small tables with three very comfortable chairs each. The bathroom was very nice, probably one of the two best kept strip club bathrooms i've ever been in, spotless with dividers between urinals and doors on the stalls. The urinals even had ice in them.
I walked to the bar and got a three dollar red bull from an apparent fitness junkie bartender, she's on the muscular side. The only other drink I got was a bottled water, which was also three dollars. I took a seat, and almost immediately a very fit long haired blonde took the stage, doing mostly pole work. I tipped her through her stage set, then returned to my seat. After about three more dancers took their turns on stage, the blonde approached me, sat with me, and started talking. Turns out she is one of two ex female marines dancing in this club. After some talk, she asked if I wanted a free tour of the dance areas, and I agreed to it. The floor host showed me what was available like he was trying to sell me a new BMW. From what I was told, there are no song by song couch dances, everything is based on time. This starts at a small room with no door for $100/10 minutes, add $50 for each additional five minutes. Next is a small room with a door, $150/15 minutes, also adding $50 for each additional five minutes. They are up front about getting handsy, in the doorless room no hands, behind a door hands and whatever you and the lady agree to. That was as much as I wanted to see, so I took 15 minutes in a room with a door for $200. A little more than I had planned to spend, but I received a very nice 15 minute dance with zero interruptions, and the dancer told me that the rooms further back go up to a hot tub room and shower room, but she didn't mention the cost and I didn't ask. I guess depending on the girl and the amount of money you spend, much more is available.
After finishing my private dance, I went back into the main room and watched a few more girls on stage before leaving to check out another local club that I'll be reviewing in a few days. This is one of the nicest, most professionally maintained clubs I have been in, they let you have fun but don't allow stupidity or thuggery. The music was a mix of rock and rap, I think the girls choose their own music while on stage. I might be back when my strip club coffers are fuller to see how much can be had in the higher dollar private rooms.
