It's the bottom of the block what do you expect

The circus maybe the lowest of the block bars and that is saying something. Much larger than most of the block bars it had only three dancers and a hag of a barmaid. The barmaid while old and unattractive was pleasant enough.

It's a rundown space both physically and emotionally. The bar surrounds the stage. There is no decor to speak of.

I don't know what I paid for my drink, a dancers drink was $20. There were three dancers, all white. A short and very very thin lady, a heavy white trash looking blonde and a thick blond with short hair. I chatted with the dancers, declined the offer of a $220 private dance plus tip, which was to be conducted in the basement, and heard sad tales about their lives, and the serious of mistakes that brought them to be dancing at the circus.
