PO was worth the trip

Purple Orchid on a Sunday afternoon/evening I said what the hell? I started to go to Oasis who had a small amount of cars in the parking lot but the PO looked more packed. Plus the reviews of the PO have been better especially lately. The location is solid as it’s on the corner with easy access. Nice size parking lot which doesn’t look the best but there are other businesses located in the back of the building in a strip mall set up.

No cover charge so you have to love that. Philly is open so the set up is maskless. Small stage with 2 poles around a bar area. The crowd was mainly grown, no problems just a chill atmosphere. About 4-6 dancers in the 5-6 range. Quality was middle of the road but the girls were nice. Not the standard “ dollar parade” so just a couple came around for tips.

Drinks were okay priced. A beer and a shot was $17. And there was a 2 drink minimum. After about an hour a few girls started to pay attention. They would mostly dance on the stage, go to the back room, or play the poker game. Finally a slim cutie that was workable found her way in my direction. Real nice not stuck up and approachable. It was about that time, so we made our way to the back.
