Saturday and Tuesday Afternoons

Intro: This review will be in reference to visits on Saturday and Tuesday afternoons this past week. I have been in KC for the past 10yrs but I am moving to Atlanta and had never been to this place so I figured why not. I had been warned in the past that this place was “sad,” even on weekend nights occasionally. All except for the last 30 min on Tuesday, I can say I agree.

Layout: The ground floor is where the actual club is while there is an escalator that goes up to a porn shop but that isn’t really for me. Once you’re past the doors on the ground floor you walk into a relatively small theater-like area. On your left is a single stage with two poles and on your right is your seating area with a few booths and tables in the regular area. Immediately behind this regular sitting area is the “VIP” section that has a series of small couches for lap dances which I will get to in a later. Finally, in this same upper VIP area are four rooms for the actual VIP sections that are curtained off. It was fairly dark so I couldn’t confirm camera placement, but I’ve read they are high up and the day DJ doesn’t routinely check them. He certainly didn’t for my VIP ;). But I will get into this later.

Prices: I wanted to formally update the listing in regards to admission prices. I can confirm for both weekends and weekdays that day admission is now $20 and evening admission is $25. On the Saturday that I went I came in around 5pm and the front desk person said it was $20 for probably about 40 min and then I would have to clear out for the shift change from 6-7pm. He also said if I wanted to come back for night shift I would indeed have to pay the $25, but I think that’s honestly false. Your admission ticket is stamped only with the date, NOT the time. This should imply that you can very likely go during the day, leave, and then come back around 8pm with your stamped ticket and they should not be able to tell the difference. In terms of drinks this is explicitly a non-alcoholic establishment and they serve only Coke/Pepsi products and Red Bull. Each visit I only got a Red Bull which was $6. Finally, in terms of prices of dances, it is $20 for a regular lap dance on the small, open couches. I should also mention these dances they require you to place your hands on the side of the couch at all times, and if this is not your thing you will not have a good time. It is $200 for 30 min VIP, non-negotiable. $50 of it goes to the manager and $150 goes to the girl. These dances are now two-way, and again I will get to this later.
