Wednesday late night review

So I hit up 2 clubs this week when I was in town on business. The only reason I hit 2 was because the dancer I met here was dancing at a different club Thursday night.

I was staying in Port St Lucie and there is nothing near by so I went up the state instead of down towards West Palm (both Cocoa and West Palm are about the same distance, West palm a little closer) and went to Dancer's Royale. No cost to park, 5 dollars to enter, and if you want 1s for the stage they come only in $50 increments. And they're crisp, so grabbing 2-3 is more like 5-8 if you're not careful.

The layout has 2 poles on the left in a main area, an open VIP area that you have to buy a bottle to sit up on the same level as the poles (IIRC bottles started around $200.) There is no privacy in this section, you're just a LITTLE bit closer to the dancers on stage. On the back right is the private dance area. When I went there weren't any $10 dances, only $20, and you have to pay $10 one time to the house to get a band to go up to this area. For the slow ones, first dance with first girl is $30, then $20 any other time with any girl.

On the right, behind the bar is the private VIP rooms. These are sectioned off with a shear curtain entrance. With the lights it blocks subtle and close inspection, but body movement can still be scene from outside. To go here you give the house $25 for 15 minutes or $40 for 30 minutes. I didn't ask about longer times as the dancer I was with was $150 per 15 minutes. If you do quick math and say a 2.5 minute song @ $20 per song is a better deal (remember, there is no sex in the champagne room) then the regular VIP is a better deal ($120 for 15 min vs $175) however the DJ never let a song finish and never let one go longer than 1.5 minutes (I timed 2-3 over the course of the 2 hours I was there) so you get ripped on the song length, making the private booths a better deal.
