“Da New Tent”.........
19 May 2021 Arrived 11:00 PM
The valet was eight dollars, when I arrived at 11 PM the main flight club bar was closed. My only option was “ The Tent”. The cost for entering the tent was $30. I was given a wristband, which was being checked by additional security as you walked into the tent. The Tent is an annex of the FC, you enter “The Tent” right past where the valet ticket booth is. The Tent has heat if necessary, a full bar, waitstaff, and chairs and tables, and two dancer poles, on two different stages. I was actually told by one dancer, that the two poles actually rotate, making it easier for inexperienced dancers to be able to twirl around the pole.
The FC owner Allen was there over- seeing his new investment. I was told it was $100,000 temporary addition, designed to skirt the Michigan law , requiring all drinks including water had to be turned over by 11:00 PM. Not quite sure how all the legal aspects were worked out but they were definitely serving alcohol after 11:00 PM. I think the loophole is that it is “ OUTSIDE SERVICE”.
The regular midweek dancers all seemed to be there, a few may have been missing, but I do remember seeing two new dancers.(Too Me)
A Canadian dancer named Summer, and a blond dancer named Stella. The Canadian was very pleasant, easy going, and appealing to the eye.
