Did I miss the Flight?
Arrived to the FC on a Saturday afternoon and pulled into what appeared to be a light crowd based on the parking lot. First things first the aforementioned tent is fully setup outside. For those who don't know, FC built a tent fully equipped with a stage and poles, music, and seating to help deal with the overflow of customers. During today's day shift it wasn't operating but I was by a bouncer that once capacity is reached at night it'll be in use.
I give me keys to the valet and off into the club I go. I was asked to sign a contact tracing sheet by the bouncer and I was informed that masks are no longer enforced inside of FC. This is per the CDC guidelines and Whitmers latest announcement. So if you're not vaccinated or uncomfortable I highly recommend you don't visit any clubs in the area. I visited all three major clubs and the mask stance was the exact same. Patrons, bouncers, and dancers not wearing masks.
No cover due to dayshift and a plethora of open table seating available I avoid the booth charge. Approached by my waitress and order a beer and watch the stage show. Well there was absolutely nothing to watch. At most maybe 5 dancers and they all did a 3 song rotation and all of the songs were full length. The EDM music at this club is ridiculous. I understand if you don't want to play rap because "it attracts a certain crowd" but come on there's pop and rock. The overly loud EDM is tiresome.
