Wasn’t the same club vibe...

Finally, we decided to drive across into Tijuana to check out the latest clubbing scene, since my buddy and I both have had our Covid vaccine shots done. We started it all by first going to HongKong bar. At the entrance of the bar, the front-door guard did the usual pat down but I didn’t have any temperature check done ( maybe, he missed it ).

As soon as walk inside the bar, I noticed the place was kind of light inside with people ( overall ). This time around, quite a few girls were actually wearing face masks besides many customers that weren’t. Considering the time of out visit ( around 10pm ), it still seemed quite dead. There were maybe a few girls(b/w 50 - 60 )at the HongKong side of the bar (Las Chavales, barely had 20 - 25 girls ).In my opinion the quality of the girls at both HongKong and Las Chavales bar seems to have deteriorated quite a lot ( atleast it seemed like that on this particular night ). Also the overall club vibe just seemed different, the girls weren’t as interactive towards the customers like they used to be in the past ( besides maybe a select few that were being their usual friendly towards us and others ).

Next, we took a seating at the main stage area ( our usual ). The stage shows were being maintained as their usual like before.Once again, I in particular noticed the quality of girls performing the stage shows as being average in looks ( compared to my many visits before ), and also less interactive with customers while they were being tipped. A few girls came around our seating area to chat and give them a buck tip. So,I asked some what the going rate was for half-hour of fun-session upstairs. Almost all quoted us between $100 - 120(Plus, the room-charge is extra).
