Crazy Horse, while not in a great part of SF, is a very old-school-esque type of club where the dancers are quite loose and the action is quite fun especially in the back rooms.

There's a long stage up front with stadium type row seating and a drag where one of the dancers typically goes through her routine of three songs. While waiting, girls are very patient and accommodating, chatting you up but no very predatory or pushy surprisingly. Lap dances in an area towards the back are $10 a song (typically pay up $30 up front) with the private rooms being $80 for around 10 minutes. A bit pricey but the girls go a long way and negotiating with them on extra services back there is quite easy.
