Stopped in after work to check out the scene and see if anything changed. Still the covid normal situation minus the fake food and the bar tables. A few familiar faces but knowing the situation it will never feel normal.
I sat down at the bar, got my drink and was approached by a new face to me, tall and slim. She was getting into her attempt at giving me a dance until I noticed an all time fav in the background. As "Ms. Fav" ran her off, I sat there to wait for her to come back after she sent to the dressing room to get dressed. I noticed a white chick with tattoos that I never got to experience but came highly recommended and a (from my perspective) familiar fat ebony chick. She's not fat fat but she's bigger than I like so she's fat.
I threw a few dollars and then Ms. Fav had to go on stage. I probably threw $20 in ones to make her happy but after her set and bar rounds, we sat and joked about old times, what she's up to now and how we met at PO a few years back. Nothing much is going on in this place anymore so I declined the offer to get dances but got the digits since she doesn't live far from me.
I'll take that party on the road because this club is just for drinking these days.
