Afternoon at the Landing Strip

I was coming home from the Detroit Airport and decided to stop at the Landing Strip. From the Airport, you take I-94 West and go a few exits to Wayne Rd. Turn left on Wayne and drive about half a mile to Goddard. Turn right on Goddard and drive about half a mile to the Landing Strip, just beyond the railroad tracks.

Valet parking is $7 + tip, which you pay as you leave. There is no cover charge during the day.

The club is upstairs. Due to Covid, you are asked to sign in by the door girl. I signed my real name, but they don't check ID. You are supposed to wear a mask while walking around the club but not while drinking or talking with the dancers. The mask wearing by dancers and customers was not consistent. The waitresses always wore masks.
