First visit since Covid hit
After reading a review on here, I decided to check out Dancers for the first time since February of last year. I arrived around 7:30pm. Doorman checked my temp and collected $10 for cover. Mask was required for entry. However, once inside they were not enforcing any type of mask policy. The dancers were all wearing masks while on stage, however, if they were sitting at a table most dancers had their masks off as well.
I found an empty table, ordered a Coors Light ($6.25) and just looked around. One very noticeable difference was all the chairs around the stages have been removed. If you wanted to tip at the stage, you had to just walk up and throw your money on the stage. As for seating capacity...not sure. I'd say they are at 75% capacity at least. Another noticeable change was an extra chair at some tables. Pre-Covid, most tables had 2 or 3 chairs. Now, the tables have 3 or 4 chairs. The tables are fairly small, so the extra chair kind of clutters up the floor.
Private Dances - I received 2 dances from Jessie and 2 dances from Lexi. The dancers took off their mask before the dance and the dances were full contact! However, I remember dances were $20 each on my last visit pre-Covid That has changed. I was informed there was a meeting "a couple weeks ago" and the management told all the dancers they are "independent contractors" and they can now charge whatever they want for dances...but the minimum was now $25/dance. Most of the dancers I chatted with were charging $25 per dance. I heard one say $30. And Lexi was charging $40/dance. The dancers were open about this price change. Both Jessie and Lexi informed me of their prices before we even got back to the private dance area.
