Slow Sunday
Slow Sunday at the Men’s Club. Like a lot of people this is my first venture out to a club in over a year.
As before the parking is ample and well lit. There is a valet option but I chose to park myself. Entry was easy, the door girl checked my id but didn’t scan it. After paying the nice lady $12 I walked down the hallway to the club. The place is still clean and nicely appointed. There are two bars one immediately to your left as you enter, and a larger bar to your right. The smaller bar was in use on this night. I grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered a beer as a surveyed the room. Beer was $6.75 delivered by the bartender with the huge cans. Mask wearing was almost non existent. I counted about six girls working and about 12-15 customers. Girls danced in a three song set with a one song break before the next girl took the stage. The dancers were varied with two African American dancers and the rest being white with one Latina. Most dancers were sitting with regulars so there weren’t a lot of people mingling. Stage tipping didn’t involve the bump and grind that I have seen in previous times. A cute tattooed goth chick made me venture to the stage to drop a couple of ones. I asked her stop by when her set was finished. Iris stopped by and we had a short conversation before she convinced me to head the back for a couple of dances. I asked about her rates and was told $30 if you want to sit on your hands or $40 if you want to touch. Being the PL that I am I sprung for the $40. Decent dance allowed roaming hands but nothing super high mileage.
I left happy to be at a club but not blown away by my night.
