Disappointing late Sunday afternoon

I arrived at 6:30 pm after striking out in Prince Georges County. This is the only other place I could think of for late Sunday afternoon in Baltimore -DC area that might be open. .. other than THE BLOCK. I went in and paid my $5 cover charge, had my forehead temperature checked, signed my name in a book with the time of my arrival and a phone number for contact tracing, and handed them my driver's license which they scanned. Not comfortable with that last step. They advertise themselves as "The Best Club in Baltimore", and the interior decor is very nice. If you want to watch a sports events on television, there are numerous large screens on one wall (one of them is 12 times bigger than my screen at home). The stage is well-elevated and surrounded by a circular bar. The lighting is dim with a few soft spots on the two stripper poles at either end of the stage. The girls come out and dance about three songs. Nothing comes off for the first song, the top comes off for the second, and some of the girls (but not all of them) bare ar booty for the third song. The girls are so far away that it is hard to interact with them. They don't know you're there, unless you throw money in a wadded up ball, They just walk back and forth between the two poles and do a few "dancer tricks" on the poles, if you are lucky. Cover charge is $5, Coors Light (bottle or tap) is $7, and then every dancer expects at least a dollar. There is a rather wide open VIP section up a small set of stairs. I saw one guy take a girl up there but he left after one song. I won't be back unless it is an evening with a larger audience and therefore more enthusiasm from the dancers. All six dancers had nice figures and faces. Most were pleasant and greet you when you inserted a dollar into their garters. One was nasty as hell, and suggested I leave when I said she was "not very engaging". So I did what four of the other five guys did while I was there -- I left.
