Late night, last call, OK So-So nightcap.

I had been out on the town with friends all afternoon and evening; R&R HOF, dinner,dance club. As the group was ready to drift off toward home, I didnt feel quite ready to be done. I was already out on eastbound I-90, so decided Exec Den was the closest place to check out. (I'd not been here before; my previous Cleveland SC visits have been closer to the downtown area.)

It takes a little circling to get to the parking lot, since the club faces the interstate. Not hard to do, just takes a little effort; just go far enough west that you can come back east on the one-way access road. Parking lot was well lit and felt safe to me. Pretty full at 1am. That gave me some hope.

Enter and pay your door fee at the hostess/bouncer stand in the main room (reminded me of a chain restaurant kind of layout. Bar was back along the left/east wall. Lower-level stage was ahead to the right. Seating was fairly full, with whatever the local covid distancing rules were by this point. I removed my facemask, and fit right in. The crowd had that neighborhood bar feel, some attentive to the dancing and the dancers, some just out for drinks and meeting their friends.
