Last time I was at Scarlet Lounge was in September so thought I would give it a try this afternoon. It used to be my favorite club back before COVID, and had a couple of dancers I got to know who showed me fun times in the lap dance rooms for $20/dance. Unfortunately, I have lost track of those dancers and probably the $20 a dance is now history in most Portland clubs. I did get quoted $25 a dance at Shimmers recently.

This is the typical Portland dive bar with a beat up parking lot they share with a business beside them. Nothing much to look at on the outside but average for this type of club on the inside. I pulled in about noon and the lot was around 1/3 full on the Scarlet side. I grabbed my mask and headed to the door. Walked right in, no bouncer, no cover, no security check and headed to the bar. Looking around, there were 4 café style chairs about six feet apart at the rack to sit at. Bar stools at the bar and they had added some plywood to help keep patrons six feet away from the bartender. I few tables/chairs scattered about the small room. Two patrons at the rack (which they moved their chairs close together), two at the bar, one at a table, and one playing the machines. I got my $3 coke and headed to a chair at the rack. You can take your mask off if sitting and drinking. The dancer keeps hers on.

I sat there for a while listening to the other two guys talk and waited for a dancer to show up on stage. Finally, a good looking, tall, fairly thin, blonde walked in from the outside patio and said, “I will be right there.” Her name was Honey and a 7 in looks as well as body to my scale. She said she was the only dancer there but by her third song, another dancer by the name of Dolly came through the door. Honey was very personable and friendly. She was totally nude by the end of her third song, but kept her distance (no boobs in the face, or climbing over the rack). One of the other patrons bought her two fireball shots and a beer and I was hoping that might loosen her up some. When she was walking off the stage, she quoted me $30/dance or two for $60 (it didn’t take much math skills to figure that one out). I asked if there was two way touching and she said absolutely, but no holes though.
