Spend a lot, get little. How the mighty is falling

The Admiral used to be one of my favorites. Have lived here 20+ years and always knew what to expect. Pay a high cover but once inside you saw Chicago’s hottest, friendliest girls, naked, everywhere - on stages, on the floor giving table dances, or up close and personal in a private-ish booth, with a classy and clean atmosphere full with customers. But over the last few years, a series of management decisions have rendered this club a shell of its former self. They raised prices, started nickel and diming their customers and dancer house fees, removed the elements of nudity everywhere, and now you have to pay big to see anything, and customers stopped showing in return, changing the experience. Go figure.

I returned last night to check out the scene post COVID shutdown 2. Some things are the same. Parked on the street for free (they still have a $7 valet I never use), they take your temp, have you sign a waiver form, and charge $28 unless you pay with a card and then they tack on another $1.12. The nickel and diming is a theme here. (I would typically never recommend using a card at a strip club, but I used mine here long before I knew better but have never had an issue, so I still do it, for those trying to conserve their cash for better uses). No coat check, get inside the club and get my mandatory drink for $6. Many floor tables removed to create social distancing, plexiglass between couches in VIP areas.

Probably 20 girls or so working, maybe 65\35 white/AA split, but few customers. Most girls the typical Admiral quality. Young and cute, girl next door types. Lock eyes with the first girl on stage, wow, total DDG spinner, easily a 9+ for me. Girls coming up to me frequently, some complaining there’s never any customers now (hmmm, I think know why, and it’s not just COVID...) but not the girls i wanted. 31 yr old redhead with nice slim body comes over and we hit it off. Asked about the options even though I knew them, she starts out big, working her way down the list, but won’t mention the $10 topless table dance option as if I don’t know about it. But I wanted and agree on the $20 VIP full nude one anyways. Some ok action. Mix of lap and air dance and spread legs. Later take her into a booth, 3 for $100. Before the dances start, she says, because of COVID, we can’t be as intimate unless I tip. What? I’ve never heard this before at this club. I give her $50 and she lets my hands roam over her tits. Fine. Songs ended, but I’ve gotten this action for far less at the south side clubs. Not good.
