Sweet Night At The Candy Store

This is my go to spot neighborhood titty bar. Arrived around 8:30. Temp check but no cover charge. I know it’s completely arbitrary. Sometimes they charge. Sometimes they don’t. Depends on the time and the amount of people inside. Unfortunately the pool table inside was covered in plastic again. It was being used a month ago but due to COVID spike they shut it back down. Parking is the usual. Ample spaces and comfortable. When my wife and I arrived there was only 3 dancers working. Again it was early for a Friday night. They weren’t the regulars. Which was nice. Different girls to look at. Dances on stage were less than amazing. Kind of boring actually. One dancer went topless on second song like standard operating procedure. The other two strangely enough never took their top off. Which is understandable considering the utter lack of tipping on stage. Must be hard to make money when you cannot give LDs and absolutely no VIP. However as the night progressed. It got very packed. And some of the regular dancers showed up. Lots of activity. More money being thrown around for their stage dances. Only way you could chat up a girl was at the bar. Which many were doing. I was informed that some still did VIPs. But I don’t believe that to be true. The staff there is very on point and don’t take kindly to horseplay. Drinks as far as I’m concerned are always very affordable and made well. Servers are readily available and very attentive. Overall it was a good night out and much better than sitting at home during this crap. We will return.
