No bar side seating different Vibe
I have reviewed this place several time before. It is one of my go to's. I stopped in about two weeks ago looking for the usual fun and games. The layout has been published may times before but I will focus on the recent covid changes that I experienced. The bar id a long rectangle and even in pre covid times there was little room between the bar and the outside wall on the right (opposite the rest rooms) Now with the latest changes it just feels weird. All the bar seating has been removed and these little raised tables with two or four seats have been crammed against the exterior walls. I estimate about 6 to 7 tables. The dancers still make the rounds and the dances continue.
I arrived to a 1/4 full parking lot came in was temp scanned and handed form. I said I've been in before and I was told OK just hand the form back to the bartended so she knows I was checked. I circled the bar looking for a place to sit (not wanting to sit at a table already occupied. I found one to the left of the entrance (not my preferred location) I decided to get up and stand against the wall just before the bar juts in on the middle right. I'm standing against the wall when the bartender swoops down and tells me you can not be standing you must sit.
The vibe was not even close to what was here just a few weeks earlier (post covid but pre tables).
