COVID review

Rick's Cabaret New York
50 W 33rd St New York, NY 10001
Rick's was open during COVID-19 for a while until recently. Hadn't planned on visiting by walked by and decided to stop in. It literally felt like a different universe. The only dances were now taking place in VIP rooms and all the dancers on the floor had masks on, which makes it quite hard to tell how attractive they were, especially in the dark and from a distance. Drink prices were the same as usual, as I paid $18 for a Grey Goose soda. All of the dancers seemed new too. I didn't see a single dancer I recognized from earlier in the year. My thought is if you knew a dancer previously that you liked and she was working, you could have the same fun with her in the rooms as usual if you were willing to spend $600 an hour. Otherwise, I'd stay away from all clubs until this pandemic ends.
