Follies Day Shift at Vivide.

First of all, if you are coming from the south beware that north bound Marietta Blvd is closed for construction and you will have to take a 5 or 6 mile detour. Ok southbound.

I pulled into the parking lot at 12:45PM on THU 12/10/20. Lots of parking and I notice what appeared to be a new wooden fence around the lower parking area. I was greeted at the front door by Barry one of the new owners. Security guy didn't even get up. Paid the door girl $10 for parking and free admission. No masks or other COVID rules.

Then Barry gave me the run down on the club. It used to be a night club and the 2 story interior reflects that. Very nice looking. It is big. 8265 sq ft vs 5452 for Follies. The club hours are noon till 8PM which is temporary until they get established. The owners of the old Follies has allowed them to use the Follies name. I guess that means they don't plan on using it again. There are 2 bars. One on each floor and they were installing new polls. So there is 1 upstairs and 2 down stairs. The rest rooms and VIP rooms are on the lower floor.
