Still has potential
Wax used to be on my top 5 list for daytime fun, that changed a while back when they closed tje VIP rooms in the back. Since then, many of the girls I went there to see left and went to other clubs. I was in town for the weekend and after reading a couple of reviews, I was curious and was hoping Wax had returned to its old form. I heard that Wax is now open on Sundays and wanted to check things out. I got there right at noon when they opened. I walked in, security pat me down, he did no temp check. I was the first customer inside. I sat by the bar, ordered a heineken, $6 bucks. I struck up a convo wuth bartender, friendly girl. About 15 minutes in, a couple customers started strolling in. A few girls also began to stroll in. While waiting at the bar for the talent to take the floor, I noticed a few changes to the club's layout. Those bench like seating to the left as you entered the club have been removed and pool tables have been pushed closer toward the wall. There is now a tiny stage with a pole, as well as a couple elevated seats (vip section, maybe). The VIP rooms formally in the rear of the club seem to be now in the front of the club behind some white curtains. After a couple more drinks ($9 margaritas) a couple girls began to make their way to the floor. The first couple girls - yea, not the best in the looks department. I started watching the games on tv and more girls started making their way to the floor. At this time its maybe 5 other customers in the club. I decided to get a dance from the best looking girl on the floor at that time. Decent grinding, good conversation, she didn't mind my roaming hands (dances r still $5). After 4 dances, I cut her loose and decided that it was time to try another spot. Wax still has potential, in my opinion. It seems like the top tier girls stroll in later on Sundays. I'm gonna have to stop back during the week.
