Major changes
So I decided to see if Louie's was open since things seem to change with civid restrictions every week. There is currently a closure of all bars & restaurants due to the virus. I was surprised to find the place open as Bobby's & Carls are not. I walked in, mask is required to enter but no one at the bar is wearing one. There were about 3 girls there, all dressed i street clothes. All 3 were curvy latinas, attractive & bit on the thick side. I was there for a while enjoying a beer when 1 walked up to me & asked to join me. I bought her a drink & we sat for a bit. She asked if I wanted a dance or a shoulder massage (at the bar). I asked how things work now with the apparent changes. She explained thet the local bars are no longer allowed to have dancers in lingerie. Dances would be done fully clothed & masks had to be worn. I declined & she moved on. I had a similar encounter from another dancer. Not sure I'll be going back anytime soon.
After hanging out for a while, I was able to get the whole story. For those of you that don't know, there was a shooting at J's in October. J's was open for a week after that happened. The police got a warrent for the security tapes to investigate the shooting. Unfortunately those tapes revealed EVERYTHING that was going on. They contained footage of the "extras" & deals that were going on. It looks like J's is now closed for good. As a result, the locals have now put a lingerie dancer ban on all the bars in the area, including Carls, Bobby's Loiie's etc... It was shortly after that the state put another shutdown on indoor occupancy for bars & restaurants. A few establishments are opening despite the shutdown which includes Loiue's. Carls & Bobby's remain closed until the covid shutdown is over. Once they re open, they will no longer have dancers. Hopefully this will all fade away as time goes on, but that neck of the woods won't have much going on for now.
