Good, safe fun

After several months away from any clubs, I really needed to get out. But recent spikes in virus numbers had me more than a little squimmish. I decided a weekday evening, with potentially fewer patrons, would be a great time to test the waters. With a day off on Wednesday, this past Tuesday was the day for me.

First the obligatory club details: I arrived at around 7pm, paid the mandatory valet. $5 tip and my vehicle was well taken care of. $5 cover and COVID questionnaire with no ID scan. Quick unobtrusive temp check and pat down, and in club I went. COVID has changed the layout slightly. Bar and small stage-side seating is gone. In their place, small tabletops that seat 3 patrons each. The tables span the full perimeter of club (I counted no fewer than 20) and are safely spaced. All staff wore masks, including dancers. Dancers and patrons could remove masks while seated but they were mandatory while traversing the club. Not positive on level of enforcement as no one really pushed the issue while I was there. You are required to purchase food in order to be served alcohol. Not a problem here is the food is above average and reasonably priced (my filet with sides and 3 beers ran less than $60). Wait staff was very attentive. The bartender gave me fair warning that once she took my plate, I would have to order more food in order to purchase more alcohol. I thanked her for warning, ordered my final beer, and handed over my plate.

On to the dancers: There were about 8 dancers for about 5 patrons when I arrived. By the time I left, the number of dancers doubled and the number of patrons tripled. Multiple ethnicities were represented but it was predominantly white. They tended to be young and petite, but there were a few that were more voluptuous. I was visited by two. Both petite brunettes. The first arrived at my table shortly after I ordered my meal and we conversed as I ate. The second stopped by later and was from Slovakia, speaking English with a heavy accent. Both were easy on the eyes, but I had predetermined I would be a 1-woman man on this visit. I was hoping to see my ATF from pre-Covid visits, but Alas, she did not appear. In fact, I only recognized 1 of the dancers I saw on this evening. I decided to take the first brunette back as our conversation was intriguing and she never pressured dances during my meal. I chose wisely.

My experience: As we went back, she reminded me of the $25 per song pricing. As we found ourselves a booth, she commented that she would begin on the next song, even though the current song had been playing for less than 30 seconds (bonus #1). She began and proceeded to give me 5 very sensual dances, maintaining great eye contact, showing every inch of her birthday suit, and allowing my hands to freely roam (bonus #2). I always make a note to count sounds as, even though they are very rare, a ROB is not out of the realm of possibility here. After a generous tip, she thanked me and encouraged me to come see her again. I just might have to do that.

All in all a great time and I never feared any unnecessary risk of virus spread.
