Excellent Experience at the Sunset Strip
Saturday night I pulled up to the Sunset strip around 8 PM. $5 door fee which seemed reasonable enough, and I went to grab a drink at the bar. There aren't seats at the bar, but it seems like you can stand there for ages and talk with dancers/bartenders/friends and nobody really cares. My buddy who I went to hang out with was outside smoking and I decided to grab a small table. The place may not seem great from the outside, but it's really clean and well designed for Covid. Seats at the rack are all 6 ft. away from each other and bottles of hand sanitizer everywhere. The lighting is really dim, the drinks are strong and the girls are pretty.
I think there were about 8 dancers that night. Things must have changed since I've last been which was about a year ago, but there were 2 stages running when I sat down. I was only used to one main stage being occupied before, but tonight there was the usual main stage and another stage at the far end of the club with another dancer. I admittedly haven't been to a TON of strip clubs, but the girls here were more attractive than the other ones I've been to (Lucky Devil, Devil's Point, Pirate's cove, Acrop) by far. Average 7.5 I would say. Furthermore, it seems like you get way more mileage at the rack at the Sunset Strip than anywhere I've been before. A typical dancer's routine would be going from person to person, shaking their boobs in their face or sitting on them, basically giving you what you would get if you paid for a lapdance. Honestly not much actual "dancing," but as someone paying $2 per song you a lot of contact. If you're into cool pole tricks or athletic crazy moves this probably isn't the place for you, but I personally don't care much for that stuff anyways. All the dancers are relatively friendly, but there is a certain "hustle" factor that definitely makes you feel pressure to get a private dance if you've been talking to a stripper for 5+ min.
I got a couple rum and cokes throughout the night which were $8 each, and got a set of lap dances from two different strippers. Both were $30 a song or $100 for 3 songs. I spent $100 on the first who was definitely hot, but didn't have much of a personality. I remember after her dance at the rack, she asked me if I wanted to hang out with "her and her ass" in a private room. I said sure thing and there we went. She had a phenomenal ass that I basically grabbed onto the whole time, sometimes changing to her boobs or clit when she moved my hand down there. Certainly not a bad way to spend $100, but I don't think we said really anything the whole time. I prefer to make some sort of connection with a stripper, laughing, playing around or whatever. This dance felt cold, like the stripper could not give less of a shit about me and just wanted money. Obviously this is how MOST strippers feel, but at least some make you feel important!
