Fun Friday Night, pretty much the same as it was pre-Covid

I’m glad to report that everything at Diamond Dolls is pretty much the same as it was before Covid!

On a Friday night after 11pm, parking cost $5, and cover charge was $10. The parking lot was quite full, but there were quite a few spaces left so parking was not a problem. They were limiting the number of customers in the building due to Covid regulation, so I had to wait near the front door for just a few minutes before I was allowed in. A mask was required... to get in. Upon entering and paying cover charge, my temperature was checked with the forehead gun thingy. After that, I was shown to my seat; apparently there is assigned seating while Covid is around.

Once inside and settled with my $7 Guinness, the mask came off. Because wearing masks and drinking beer isn’t compatible, most customers in the building kept their masks off. So, mask wearing inside the building was not strictly enforced. It seems the interior of the building hasn’t changed since I last visited a couple years ago.
