One Redeems an Otherwise Mediocre Club

THE PLACE

Millennium Cabaret is up Route 3, in the sticks about 10 minutes outside of Manchester. Very pretty drive up from Mass this time of year. I arrived at 4:30 PM (it opens Sat/Sun at 4) and stayed for an hour and a half. Crowd was white upper-middle class and pretty sedate. Only 3 girls there when I arrived (and all of them had their faces stuck in their phones), but more quickly followed for a total of 8, and started to circulate. Equal number of guys and girls.

They have feature acts on some nights.
