Spyce things up (Post-COVID)

So Spyce reopened in June, and closed again sometime in July. It has recently reopened again. It’s only open Wednesday through Saturday, the hours are 6pm to 10pm. Post Covid Spyce is probably the club I’ve been to the most. This review will summarize my visits post-COVID.

Cover is $5 on Wednesday and Thursday, and $7 on Friday and Saturday. One thing to note is that they pat you down at the door. Off the top of my head I can’t think of any other Portland club that pats you down. The club looks pretty nice, they market Spyce as a upscale club. The customer crowd is younger, part of that is the location of the club being in downtown Portland. Drink prices are normal, a little more expensive than most Portland clubs. I think my rum and coke was eight bucks.

There are four stages. One of them is the main stage, another stage is like a vip stage or minor stage, there is another stage by the second bar, and then finally there’s one stage on the second floor. The girls can get nude on stage, but most of them choose just to go topless on stage. There are seats at the stage, so you are allowed to sit down and tip the girls. The girls have to keep on their masks on the stage, but they can remove their masks during lapdances.
