" Maximum Occupancy 18 Persons. Masks must be worn" That's the sign on both of the doors. I'd heard they opened at 3 so went by around then but door still locked. Came back closer to 5 and they were open, and used the back door. Bartender looked up and seemed to be counting me as part of the crowd, which looked to be over 18 but I'm a bad estimator and there was no one standing. She smiled and I guessed it was ok. About 1/2 the guys at the bar wearing masks, and fewer of the dancers. I didn't feel totally comfortable, especially indoors. Clancy's feels a bit claustrophobic at the best of times with all the bar seats full.
Ordered a beer, took a newly spaced-out seat. The Yuengling was still $3.50 but left the balance of the $5 for the bartender - who wasn't either Anne or Carol. Wasn't close enough to the light board to read the names, but I didn't recognize any of the dancers - interesting trying to with the masks, so I studied the butts: maybe a new form of recognition but I hope it doesn't become required to unlock your cell phone...
One been and out - couldn't relax enough to get into the vibe, or really see if there was much of one. Guess I'm just a "wait for a cure/vaccine" kind of guy, but my money is on "he'll cave before thanksgiving". So maybe...
