Post Covid - reopened
Stopped by on my way back from Philipsburg. It was the labor Day Saturday, so the 1st few days NJ allowed in door dining. They have a 12 people limit and you are supposed to wear a mask between the door and bar. The dancers and bartender wore masks, but relaxed after a while and wore them under the chin.
The layout is a pool table and curtained area by the entrance. The bar is u shaped around a raise stage and a pole. The stools were spread out so no more then 12 could sit at a time. There was a couple of pieces of plexus glass on the sides of the bar. I'm not sure who would go to a club if they are worried about covid, but they have you covered. The place had a friendly feel to it and the music wasn't obnoxiously loud.
There were about 6-7 patrons and were two dancers working, a curvy Latina (Sofia) and a skinny white spinner (Nyah?). Unlike other NJ clubs it wasn't just a dollar parade, the girls actually danced and its one of the few clubs I saw the pole used. The girls were wearing masks, but were pulling them down. At first they had a bucket for tips but after awhile they would allow you to put it in the normal places.
