Play it again, Bogart's: my first visit here, no action but I'd try it again

For me this was a first visit ever to Bogies. No dancer approached in my hour long visit, but I consider this a scouting visit for my sake and I'd give the place another try. Many details may be repeated but I'll put them in anyway because the place is frequently reviewed and when so many people say it's been said, these details may be down the list a few pages.

Coming in after parking with no mandatory valet, I paid the $5 cover charge and was given a drink ticket. I assume that's somehow meant to track that you do buy a drink, whatever. I ordered a Coke, it was $7. These two expenses combined were the sum total of what I spent.

The layout is a single room, not terribly big, 3 small one pole stages and one bigger T shaped stage with 3 poles. Bar is opposite the entrance. Between the stages and bar there are 4 fixed tables with fixed bar stools. I sat at one of these. On the side near the door is a raised area with steps leading up and on the opposite side is where the DJ and bathrooms are situated. The bathrooms are reminiscent of your typical gas station bathroom.
