Decide to check out Henry VIII after seeing some reviews that the place was open post COVID. Surprised to see that he was chugging along as many had claimed. I went in, the usually $5 during day shift fee hasn't changed. Less costumers in the joint which meant less smokey atmosphere. I could still smell the remnant of pre COVID H8 of the past, a smoke filled environment. I got a beer, prices have increased slightly. Expected There were 5 dancers. Unusually for a Monday in the past, but I expected less, so I was pleased. Some decent talent which was also a lovely surprised. The talent was diverse especially for a small sample. I noticed that the dancers don't strip during the songs and they wear masks, so that's new. What's still the same is the VIP room, which if you want to see nudity, you'll have to pay the troll to cross. I will surely return to see if Henry will return to it's glory days.
