Got the stopwatch out!
I haven't been to 390 in over a year (damned pandemic) but it was off my radar screen because of how badly they shorten songs. I get that keeps the money flowing and all but it was getting ridiculous. A recent review said songs were full length so I used that as an excuse to investigate. Arrived around 1 PM on Friday before Labor Day and they require you to wear a mask on entry and they take your temperature before entering. Had to pay a $5 cover - never had to pay that on Dayshift for as long as I can remember but I get it.
Ordered a beer from the bar I think &7 after tip but I didn't count my change. Employees and patrons were all wearing masks except when drinking or eating.
Sat and watched stage work for a couple of minutes. All dancers looked great - although weird with a mask. Now is the time for ugly girls with banging bodies to become dancers...one good thing to come out of Covid! Ended up partaking in a couple of rounds of private dances with 2 different girls. 4 song runs at $20 each. Both got fully nude and offered up a nice pantiless grind. No southern exploration was available as I was lightly rebuffed both times but T&A groping were OK. Each girl did things a little different and more provocative after each song. They didn't just saddle up and dry hump every song. The variety was welcomed.
But the real reason for my visit was to verify the song cuts....I know this may be a petty point with me, but I really feel like the value isn't there. Lets do a little math. Say a pro escort charges $300 for an uninterrupted hour of playtime- that's the same as 15 songs at $20 each. If those songs are 3 minutes you are at 75% value (45 minutes) and the potential for walking out with an unresolved situation.
The songs I timed today ran between 2 minutes and 2 minutes 20 seconds. Makes you go hmmmmm
