Ghost Town

Ok, I know this will probably be knocked out of being posted because there is little info, but that little info is pertinent. I was driving through on a Wednesday about 5PMish. I had time to kill so I was going to stop in for a little eye candy before I had to get to an appointment. I pulled into the parking lot and there was one car. I don't mean one customer. I mean one car period for staff and customers. I'm guessing one manager or bartender and that was it. At first I didn't think it was open, but it was. I believe that they open at 11 or 1130, so this was not a good sign. I didn't bother going in, because I wasn't going to wait and hope that someone showed up. I pulled out and kept driving, looking for a neighborhood bar where I might find something pleasant to look at.

Is this their COVID norm? Was I just too early?
