Major Changes From A Few Weeks Ago
A few weeks ago I received a text from a dancer at this club letting me know that they had recently put a "No Touching" rule in place with zero tolerance. She also stated she was taking a break from this club because of this. I stopped by last Sunday around noon to check it out for myself. The bottom line, yeah this club has done a 180 from where it was at when they re-opened during phase 1. Here are the details.
I pulled into the parking lot which had only two cars in the lot and headed to the back area for some shade. I grabbed my mask and walked down the stairs. I was greeted at the door by the bouncer and he waived me through (no cover). I head straight back to the bar and got a $9 coke with a refill. Looking around and yep, I am the only customer in the place. The first thing I notice is that you cannot sit at the rack anymore. Also, the have two ropes from the rack to the bar so you cannot even walk around the rack. I guess they are trying to discourage folks from standing at the bar. They have bar stools sitting around the side perimeter edge of this lower floor, about 6 feet apart. I grab one of those stools.
Looking around this club, it is probably the best club I have been in that focuses on the stage. There is a half floor up from from this main stage area to sit around that faces the stage. Then there is another floor up again with sitting focused around the stage. It is not a dive bar which is unusual for this area. The other recent review called this stadium style seating, which I would have to agree. They have lotto machines on the upper level and I noticed the bartender had to go up there when a customer wanted to play a machine.
