Still rockin' in the Landing Strip VIP

Here on 8/6 for some post-COVID shutdown fun. I am pleased to report that I had as much fun as ever, although the club is not exactly as it was pre-COVID.

Still using a valet when I was there. I think the charge was $7 but I don't always track this carefully (I always tip valet's handsomely since I was a valet in a former life in Chicago -- at Charlie Trotter's if you care).

I was not charged a cover but it was very early in the evening. They took my temperature 3 times. For a second, I thought that maybe I had a fever since they kept checking, but they let me in and I definitely was not sick then and am not sick now. I took a booth since I thought I might eat. I was not asked to pay extra for the booth, but I tipped the guy who sat me and maybe that covered whatever charge they have.
