What does ’Open’ mean.

So, what does ‘open’ really mean. Was by Hooters the other day and noticed Goldfinger’s was ‘open’. Stopped by Thursday around 6:00. Had to have a mask on to get in the door and they took your temp. No cover. Headed right along a large square bar, all roped off so no sitting there. Two high top tables , three large booths and several other small tables all well spread out. Noticed a very tall slender cute AA wearing tight dress sitting with a pl. Gave her a smile and sat down at one of the booths.

Waitress came over. $9 for a Jack & Coke. When she brought over my drink I asked, ‘when do the rest of the girls arrive?’ She explained, ‘no dancers, we’re simply operating as a restaurant for now.’
