Across From the Farm

Made the trip to Showplace since I heard things were back to normal. I got to the club around 8 PM. Good amount of cars in the lot, but plenty of open spots. Parking is free.

Once I paid my $10 cover I headed to the bar for a $5 Bud Light bottle. I surveyed the club and, except for some security and the bartenders, no one was wearing a mask. Later one of the dancers would tell me it was optional.

I’ve described the layout before so I’ll skip the details and talk about the important part—the dancers. Good mix of all ages, sizes and types. Mostly white and black dancers, with a few Hispanic ones. Good amount of customers for being as early as it was.
