... Well, it had been a while since stopping by PM due to Covid and all, so being in town in late June/early July for about 1-2 weeks, I decided to go back to see how things had changed, or not-changed, since the place was closed up for a few weeks. So this review is actually a combination of 3 visits taken at PM within about 10-14 days while I was in the DMV area. For the one visit I stopped by for a Saturday day shift, for another it was a Saturday night, for another it was a Sunday night, and for another it was a Monday night.

So, the first thing you may be wondering is "what's the deal with masks and Covid and etc.". Well, basically door staff will ask you to bring a mask and to sign a Covid waiver upon entry. They don't really look how closely you're signing the waiver so you can just sign a straight line or "Ross Perot" or whatever on the form, and they don't really care. But you are not required to wear the mask inside. Obviously, if you're up for going to a strip club or club, you're already (hopefully) intelligent enough to realize you're implicitly accepting some risk simply by choosing to be in an enclosed space with 20+ or more fellow humans for a period of time, regardless of what your own stance or practice on mask-wearing is. That said - YOLO, right? :)

That said, once inside you'll notice that 99% of dancers are not wearing masks, as well as pretty much most of the customers also not wearing masks. I saw only one dancer who was wearing one, out of 20+ dancers on shift during my visits. Pretty much most wait staff, bar staff, and some of the security team are masked up. There's some plexiglass partitions where you pay your door fee and in the VIP payments area, but apart from that not much has changed in terms of the dancers pretty much looking and acting like they normally would have. One of the two dance poles is now "closed" due to social distancing, and pretty much all of the bar stools at the bar have been removed. Apart from that, pretty much all of the regular small round tables and chairs are the same as they were before. Dancers will still come up to chat with you, get close to you, try to get drinks or dances etc. and partying it up just like it was 2019. There were some "makeshift barriers" up by the main dance pole to provide some additional distancing up until Northern VA entered Phase 3, then those too were removed after Phase 3.
