Post-pandemic
This is a Saturday afternoon review. I wanted to see what was happening at the clubs after the pandemic. After not feeling it at the cricket I decided to see what's happening at Henry's. Everything is similar to before, except now they take your temperature at the door. I just have to wonder if they're going to continue that when it gets really hot outside. Inside, the tables are all marked with an "X" with tape. They did not explain this but looking at how they are situated, they only want one person per table. The placement of the X is where you are to sit. There were only three girls here. Pixie, Susie and a PAWG. Since there are so few girls, they stayed up for extra songs which I believe was about five songs per set. In between sets, they would play two songs with nobody on stage. Generally, I like to try someone new, but everyone there was from before the pandemic. I really only talked to Susie, who I have talked to many times before. The VIP was as open as before, and you can get generally what you want. Because I knew her from before we didn't even talk price but kept it simple with an uncovered Billy Joel. I cleaned up in the bathroom and it appears to be somewhat cleaner but that could be my imagination. It would think with all the extra time they would've at least improve that area little bit. Smoking is still there and I'm sure within a couple weeks it will smell like an ashtray again.
