High Class at Porthole Pub?

Every time I travel to South Florida, I make sure I take a trip to Diamond Dolls (will review separately) and Porthole Pub. While I love the eye candy and unbelievable selection at Diamond Dolls, sometimes I am in the mood for something a little dirty and raunchy, ergo Porthole Pub. The club shares the parking lot with a large strip mall and is usually packed on weekend nights. I arrived to the parking lot at about 10:00pm on a Friday night and had to drive around a bit to wait for someone to vacate a spot. Once parked, I had a long walk to the club entrance. The area is a little sketchy, but there are plenty of people around. Once in the club, I paid my $5 entrance fee and found a table in the corner near the stage and got a bottle of water. The dancers in the club are mostly AA and most carry a few extra pounds and have some baby damage. Almost all of the dancers are very chill and don't put on too much pressure, which I really like. I grabbed a bottle of water and had three or four dancers stop by to talk, but none of them caught my eye. After talking to each of them for 5-10 minutes, they get right to the point. Extras were offered and the price is about half of what you pay at Diamond Dolls. I declined each of them. Finally, a 23-year-old AA dancer with a smoking body stopped by. She said she has worked at Tootsies and a few other big Miami area clubs. We talked for about 20 minutes about her time in Baltimore, Philadelphia and South Florida. I kept waiting for her to make her pitch for the back. Finally, I asked her about her dances. Unfortunately, she had a few rules that made it a no-go for me. I inquired about OTC activities, but she said she had to "know you in the club" first and her rates were higher than most high class ladies. I eventually cut my losses and headed back to Diamond Dolls to finish the evening. If you just need a quick release and can put up with grunge, the price is right at Porthole Pub.
